This Privacy Policy explains how RENO Platform LLC collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use RENO websites, applications, dashboards, smart estimate tools, smart design tools, contractor matching workflows, payment workflows, and related services.
By using RENO, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Information We Collect
- Account information, such as name, email, phone number, role, company name, profile details, and login/session information.
- Project information, such as property address, ZIP code, room type, scope, budget, timeline, bids, milestones, contract status, and contractor notes.
- Photos, uploaded files, logos, contractor documents, generated design images, and visual project references.
- Voice input, transcripts, prompts, chat messages, estimate requests, smart design prompts, and smart-generated output.
- Payment-related records, including checkout status, customer email, payment identifiers, subscription status, and invoice or milestone metadata.
- Device and usage data, such as browser, IP address, pages viewed, feature usage, timestamps, logs, diagnostics, and cookie data.
Section 3
Photos, Voice, and Smart Design Data
RENO uses photos, voice recordings, transcripts, and prompts to generate remodel estimates, smart design concepts, project scopes, summaries, and dashboard records. Some generated images or uploaded files may be stored in cloud storage and displayed in your account or project workspace.
You should not upload photos, recordings, or documents unless you have permission to share them. Avoid uploading people, private documents, valuables, security system details, or sensitive information that is not needed for the remodeling workflow.

How We Use Information
- To operate accounts, dashboards, project pages, estimates, design generation, contractor matching, and payment workflows.
- To generate smart estimates, scopes, design concepts, summaries, recommendations, and project records.
- To communicate about accounts, projects, bids, subscriptions, payments, support requests, and product updates.
- To verify users, contractors, documents, compliance status, payment status, and platform safety signals.
- To troubleshoot errors, secure the platform, prevent fraud, improve product quality, and analyze usage patterns.
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and respond to lawful requests.

No Sale of Personal Information
RENO does not sell personal information. We do not sell project photos, interior home photos, voice recordings, chat transcripts, or generated designs to advertisers, insurance companies, real estate brokers, or unrelated third parties for their independent marketing.

Data Retention
- Account and profile data are generally retained while your account is active.
- Project, estimate, design, bid, contract, and payment records may be retained as needed for product operation, dispute resolution, accounting, and legal compliance.
- Uploaded photos, generated images, transcripts, and project files may remain in storage until deleted, replaced, or no longer needed for platform operation.
- Logs and diagnostics are retained for a limited period based on security, troubleshooting, and operational needs.

Security
RENO uses commercially reasonable safeguards such as access controls, encrypted transport, cloud security controls, authentication, and monitoring. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by unauthorized parties.

Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or limitation of certain personal information. You may also opt out of marketing communications and revoke camera or microphone permissions through your device settings.

Email and SMS Communications
If you provide your phone number or email, RENO may send operational messages about login, project updates, estimates, contractor workflows, payment status, support, or account notices. Marketing messages will be sent only where permitted by law. Message and data rates may apply for SMS. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS where supported.

Children
RENO is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information to RENO, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of RENO after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
