Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of RENO websites, applications, dashboards, smart estimate tools, design generation tools, contractor matching workflows, payment workflows, and related services. By accessing or using RENO, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you use RENO on behalf of a company, contractor, investor group, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

RENO is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, providing accurate profile and project information, and ensuring that any property access, renter permissions, HOA approvals, permits, or owner authorizations needed for a project are obtained before work begins.

RENO is a technology platform. RENO is not a licensed contractor, architect, engineer, inspector, escrow company, lender, broker, law firm, tax advisor, or insurance provider. RENO does not perform construction, repair, remodeling, inspection, design, legal, tax, or financial services.

Contractors, subcontractors, general contractors, homeowners, and investors are independent parties. Any agreement for construction or renovation work is formed directly between the parties who sign or approve that scope, contract, bid, or milestone.

RENO may generate smart estimates, scopes, remodel concepts, images, summaries, bid comparisons, alerts, and recommendations. These outputs are informational approximations only. They are not professional inspections, final bids, code opinions, safety determinations, engineering assessments, or guarantees of cost, timing, material availability, contractor performance, or project feasibility.

You should verify all smart output with qualified licensed professionals before making structural, electrical, plumbing, safety, permitting, financing, or construction decisions.

RENO may help route projects to contractors, collect bids, structure scopes, and show contractor information. Any verification, license review, insurance review, or compliance check is limited to the information available to RENO at the time reviewed.

You remain responsible for confirming license status, insurance, bonding, references, permits, work quality, site access, and suitability before hiring or paying any contractor.

RENO may support one-time charges, subscriptions, contractor onboarding fees, estimate unlocks, Stripe checkout sessions, payment ledger views, and milestone-based workflows. Payment processing is provided by third-party processors such as Stripe and is subject to their terms.

Unless a specific written agreement says otherwise, displayed budgets, estimates, design prices, contractor bids, platform fees, and milestone amounts are subject to change and may exclude taxes, permit fees, change orders, financing costs, or third-party fees.

You may submit photos, voice recordings, project descriptions, messages, bids, contractor documents, logos, estimates, addresses, and other content. You retain ownership of your content, but grant RENO a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, analyze, and use that content to operate, secure, improve, and provide the platform.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content, including permission to upload interior photos, voice input, property information, contractor documents, and client information.

• Do not provide false, misleading, fraudulent, infringing, or unlawful information.
• Do not upload malware, scrape the service, attack the platform, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not use RENO to discriminate, harass, spam, or violate privacy or consumer protection laws.
• Do not use RENO output as a substitute for licensed professional review where such review is required.
• Do not bypass platform payment, bidding, or communication workflows where RENO expressly requires platform-managed handling.

RENO and its licensors own the platform, software, brand, workflows, page designs, content, models, data structures, and related intellectual property, except for User Content and third-party materials.

Subject to these Terms, RENO grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the platform for its intended purpose.

RENO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RENO disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, contractor performance, and project outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RENO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, project delays, construction defects, personal injury, property damage, or reliance on smart-generated output.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact RENO at support@tryrenoapp.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the RENO operating entity is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

RENO may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new last updated date. Continued use of RENO after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
